Mungchine Guksu Jeonmunjeom

Mungchine Noodle Shop is a noodle restaurant in Dunchon-dong, Seoul, serving naeng kalguksu, yeolmu bibim guksu, and kong guksu. Noodles are made from dough kneaded and aged in-house, then cut to order, and the naeng kalguksu comes with a generous topping of crisp yeolmu kimchi that gives it a chewy texture. Everything is self-service, and the noodle-making takes time, so orders take a while to arrive. The yeolmu bibim guksu and jang kalguksu are salty and spicy.
