Jinon Sundae

Jinon Sundae is a sundae restaurant behind the Grassium complex in Sangil-dong, Gangdong-gu, Seoul, serving sundae-guk and suyuk. The broth is made by simmering hanwoo bones, and the menu also includes spicy sundae-gukbap and memil bibimmyeon. The sundae-guk is filled generously with innards, and the spicy sundae-gukbap is pungent without being harsh. Coffee is available after the meal at a dedicated basement cafe, and the kkakdugi is made in-house.
