Jingugbab

Jingukbap is a small restaurant in Seoul that serves gukbap, including yukgaejang and sundubu gukbap. The sundubu gukbap contains meat and has a thick broth. The meat in the yukgaejang and the gukbap is cooked until tender, and three side dishes are served: kimchi, kkakdugi and ojingeo jeotgal. The food leans sweet.
