Ildeung Dwaeji Sutbul Galbi

Ildeung Dwaeji Sutbul Galbi is a meat restaurant in Seoul that grills raw pork ribs and pork galbi over charcoal. The pork yangnyeom galbi is not sweet, and perilla leaf jangajji and native doenjang jjigae are also ordered alongside it. A variety of basic side dishes are served, and staff grill the meat themselves. The jeyuk bokkeum is on the oily side.
