Haewang Jogae Jeonmun

Haewang Jogae Jeonmun is a shellfish restaurant in the alleys of Dunchon Market in Seongnae-dong, Seoul, serving grilled kijoegae and scallops and jogae jjim. The jogae jjim uses a clear, mildly spicy broth without heavy seasoning, and kalguksu is added to the broth afterward. A fried egg and odengtang come with the meal by default. The dining room is small, and the restaurant gets crowded from 5 p.m., so arriving early is necessary.
