Godeok Myeonok

Godeok Myeonok is a naengmyeon restaurant in Godeok-dong, Gangdong-gu, Seoul, that serves Pyongyang naengmyeon made with 100 percent buckwheat. Its Pyongyang naengmyeon is plain, similar in taste to Eulmildae. The flavor does not suit people who dislike Pyongyang naengmyeon, and the broth is closer to the water the noodles were boiled in than to a meat broth. The noodles are undercooked and firm, and the broth is bland.
