Godeok Chik Naengmyeon

Godeok Chik Naengmyeon in Seoul serves samgyeopsal (pork belly) cooked on a pot lid together with naengmyeon (cold noodles) made from arrowroot. Kimchi, bean sprouts, potato and mushrooms are grilled alongside the meat, and the meal ends with bokkeumbap.
