Gaesuri Makguksu Amsa Branch is a Korean restaurant near Amsa Station that serves house-made buckwheat makguksu, dakgalbi, and suyuk. The deulgireum makguksu comes with gondre namul and whole sesame seeds, and is eaten with mul kimchi and baek kimchi before dongchimi broth is added. A craftsman who has worked with buckwheat for 48 years kneads the dough and pulls the noodles by hand, and the venue has a large, clean hall and a parking lot. The bibim makguksu sauce is not spicy and leans bland.
