Eutteum Hoejip

Umdum Hoe Restaurant in Seoul is a seafood specialist that serves san-nakji, hoe, and lobster as a course. The course brings san-nakji three times as hoe, grilled, and in soup, then continues with abalone and beef grill, yeonpotang, kalguksu, and juk. The restaurant turns tables quickly because of the volume of customers, but food can take a long time to arrive even with a reservation. The amount of hoe is on the smaller side compared to the other course dishes.
