Eomjison Kalguksu

Eomji Son Kalguksu is a restaurant in Seoul serving hand-made kalguksu (knife-cut noodles) and kaljebi. The dough is rolled and cut by hand, then cooked immediately, so the noodles vary in thickness and texture. Boribap can be ordered with kaljebi.
