Daewon Wang Jokbal

Daewon Wang Jokbal is a neighborhood restaurant in Dunchon-dong, Seoul, that serves jokbal and bossam. Its signature dish is gul bossam, thinly sliced bossam served with oysters in the bossam kimchi, along with a griddle-fried egg and mul kimchi. The mul kimchi is chilled, and the bossam is sliced thin with a balance of fat and lean meat.
