Daebang Yang Gopchang Grill

Daebang Yang Gopchang Gui is a restaurant in Dunchon-dong, Gangdong-gu, Seoul, that serves gopchang, tripe, and heart grilled or as a jeongol. The owner grills the long, tightly packed gopchang and the thickly cut heart at the table. The side dishes and daepa kimchi are made by the owner and their spouse, and the gopchang jeongol contains radish. The tripe is soft rather than tough.
