Choi Gane Charcoal Fresh Meat is a charcoal grill restaurant in Seoul that serves beef galbi-sal, ogyeopsal, and fresh galmaegi-sal. The meat is grilled over charcoal and comes with salted hairtail innards and myeol-jeot sauce, and barley naengmyeon is available on the side. The restaurant changed from a sundae-guk house to a samgyeopsal grill and now focuses on fresh meat. Parking is inconvenient.
