Byeolmi Son Kalguksu

Near Myeongil Station in Seoul, Byeolmi Son Kalguksu serves kalguksu and sujebi in sagol broth. Orders can be split half kalguksu and half sujebi, with gochutgaru dadegi and gochujang available to add flavor. The shop is open on Sundays, and serves kkakdugi aged in advance while baechu kimchi comes as geotjeori. The hand-cut noodles are short and carry a flour taste.
