Boseong Galbi

Boseong Galbi is a charcoal-grilled pork galbi restaurant with a main building, an annex, and a separate wing behind Dunchon Market in Seoul. It trims and ages domestic pork on site, then grills pork galbi with no added fat and marinated pork collar over charcoal. A self-service bar is available, and the portions of jang kalguksu and kalguksu are large. The naengmyeon portion is small.
