Midday Sun is a small cafe in Seoul that serves souffle pancakes. Its menu includes strawberry souffle during strawberry season, Nutella souffle, and lemon-ginger tea made with real ginger. Souffle takes about 30 minutes after ordering, and the cafe is a yes-kids zone and yes-pet zone that stays open late. The space is small with few seats, and on weekends there is a wait.
