H Ampersand is a small roastery cafe in Seoul that brews coffee from beans it roasts itself. It serves hand drip coffee along with white and cream, americano, and long black, plus cakes and open sandwiches. The floor is kept open in the center for a spacious hall, and there are separate restrooms for men and women. The beans roasted in-house are also sold at the shop.
