SUSHI MATSUHIRO

Sushi Matsuhiro is a sushi restaurant serving omakase in an alley in front of Fushimi Inari Shrine in Kyoto. The chef selects ingredients and presents a course centered on sashimi and sushi. A young chef makes the sushi in front of you and explains each piece, and the restaurant has continued for three generations. The entrance is on the right after entering the alley, which makes it hard to find.
