Nishimura-tei

Nishimuratei is a teahouse serving udon and snacks in Yotsutsuji, on the slope of Fushimi Inari Taisha in Kyoto. It sells udon and soft-serve ice cream, and the kitsune udon comes topped with deeply flavored inari. The shop sits on the path past Senbon Torii toward the summit, a stop made midway up or down, and the spot with a view of central Kyoto is quiet. In summer the inside of the shop is very hot as well.
