Kyoto cuisine Seiwasou is a fourth-generation Kyoto restaurant in Fushimi, Kyoto, with a Japanese garden and private rooms. It serves kaiseki and tempura courses made with seasonal ingredients, typically eaten in rooms that look out onto the garden. In summer, nagashi somen is available in the garden, and children's bento and a baby bouncer are provided. Menu explanations are written only in Japanese, and printed guides are sometimes not available.
