Kanoko is a Japanese restaurant on the road to Fushimi Inari Shrine in Kyoto that serves soba, udon, and fried dishes. It offers cold shrimp oroshi udon and mackerel soba, served with fried shrimp and eggplant. Inside, a tablet issues waiting numbers and a smartphone shows the current wait status. The warm udon is less satisfying than the cold menu items.
