Ueda

Ueda is a sushi restaurant in Tenjin, Fukuoka. Its main offering is omakase served at the counter, including uni and anago sushi. The chef slices the fish in front of diners, places it on the rice, and explains each ingredient in Korean as the sushi is served. The meal includes nine pieces, so additional orders are needed for a filling meal.
