Sushi Matsumoto Hakata

Hakata Sushi Matsumoto is a sushi restaurant on the second floor of the Spazio building in Fukuoka. It serves lunch and dinner omakase courses, with nigiri including tuna, scallop, salmon roe, striped jack and anago, and miso soup at the end of the course. Advance reservations are required, and the chef explains the neta names and ingredients in Korean. Walk-ins are difficult.
