Steak house Medium Rare WITH THE STYLE FUKUOKA

This restaurant inside a hotel in Fukuoka grills wagyu and steak courses on a teppan. Courses include squid, caviar, wagyu sushi, lobster, foie gras, and meat ochazuke. Walk-ins were seated, and on a weekday evening at 7 p.m. the wait was about 10 minutes, with the chef cooking at the teppan. The chef responds in Japanese and English, so ordering in Korean alone is difficult.
