Motsunabe Ikkei

Motsunabe Ikkei Haruyoshi Honten is a motsunabe restaurant in Haruyoshi, Fukuoka, serving motsunabe and a grilled gopchang (grilled intestines) hot pot. The hot pot combines gopchang and vegetables in a miso or soy sauce broth, finished with jjambbong noodles. Adding the coarse red pepper powder on the table makes the broth spicy, and the meal ends with jjambbong noodles. Prices are on the high side, and a seating charge is added separately.
