Izumi is a specialty restaurant in the arcade directly above Nakasu-Kawabata Station in Fukuoka, serving a fugu course. The course runs through fugu hoe, fugu hot pot, fried fugu, and a mixed-grain porridge. It also includes steamed egg white, grilled egg white, and fin liquor. Portions are on the small side.
