Hakata Sushi Takayama

Hakata Sushi Kiyama serves Edomae sushi and omakase in the basement of a building near Hakata Station. The course includes one piece at a time of aged fish on small shari matched for temperature and salt, along with appetizers, sashimi, and chawanmushi. There is counter seating and private rooms. Noise from neighboring groups and drinking parties can be loud, so the room may not suit a quiet meal.
