Fontana

Fontana serves Italian course meals in the basement of the FT Building in Fukuoka. The Pranzo course brings out an opening dish, appetizers, a pasta of your choice, a main, dessert, and a drink in that order, with staff explaining the ingredients and how to eat each dish. The kitchen uses seasonal ingredients from Fukuoka and Kyushu, paired with wines chosen to match the courses. The meal is course-based, so it is not suited to a light meal.
