Unzen

Unzen is a husband-and-wife-run takeout stall in Fukuoka. It serves yaki gyoza, mentaiko tamagoyaki, yaki ramen, and oden. A blue tent marks the stall, and around 8:30 p.m., the wait for a seat can reach an hour and a half. The gyoza takes a long time to cook, so additional orders are not accepted.
