Fujiken

Fujiken is an izakaya in Fukuoka that serves hoe and barley shrimp. The otoshi is live shrimp, and barley shrimp and hoe are ordered to share a charcoal grill at the table. There is no Korean or English menu, so ordering requires a Japanese dictionary. Cold water and the otoshi, the basic appetizer, both carry a charge.
