Daimyo Number Shot

Number Shot is a Japanese and Western fusion izakaya in Fukuoka that adds French elements, serving dishes such as chicken liver brûlée, mackerel sashimi, and crab cream croquettes that rework traditional izakaya fare. Food takes time to arrive, so ordering everything at once is better when hungry. Portions of the side dishes are small, which suits eating a variety of items but is not enough for a full meal.
