Ba Kitchen is a whisky bar in a residential area of Fukuoka. It stocks mainly independent bottlings and old bottles rather than major labels, and you can choose to drink your whisky neat, as a highball, mizuwari, or on the rocks. One person runs the bar, and telling the master your preferences gets you a recommendation; card payment is accepted. Popular domestic whiskies such as Balvenie and Ardbeg are rarely available.
