Yeonsu Sikdang

Yeonsu Sikdang is a restaurant in Galhyeon-dong, Eunpyeong-gu, Seoul, serving ojingeo bokkeum and osam bulgogi. The osam bulgogi is made by stir-frying squid and samgyeopsal together, while the ojingeo bokkeum uses a generous amount of squid. It has operated in the same spot for nearly 20 years, and long-standing regulars return to it. The kitchen has kept the same flavors it served in earlier years.
