Yeonsinnae Sin Gan Jjamppong in Seoul is a Chinese noodle shop that serves gan jjamppong without broth, along with jjajangmyeon, tangsuyuk and gunmandu. The gan jjamppong, its main dish, uses thin noodles and seafood with a smoky, fire-touched seasoning, and the spice level can be set at 0.5, 1, 2 or 3. Cooking starts after the order is placed, so food takes 15 to 20 minutes to arrive, or 20 to 30 minutes at the longest, and calling ahead makes it easier.
