Yega Aineo

Yega Aineo is a barley bibimbap restaurant in Yeokchon-dong, Seoul. The barley rice is served with namul and doenjang soup, and diners mix in a 15-year-old doenjang sauce, gochujang, and sesame oil. Food is taken from a self-service bar, and kongguksu, yeolmu kimchi, and geotjeori come with it. There are only a few tables, so seats fill up quickly.
