Ungchu

Ungchu in Yeonsinnae is a traditional samgyetang restaurant that serves samgyetang made with young male chicken. The menu includes samgyetang with clear broth, deulkkae samgyetang, dakbokkeumtang, and ginseng wine served alongside. The chicken is cooked until the bones slip out, and the basic ginseng wine comes as about four glasses. Group reservations are available, and the inside of the restaurant is on the cool side.
