Solbat Sikdang

Solbat Sikdang is a restaurant in Eunpyeong-gu, Seoul, where pork specialty cuts are grilled. The modum set includes ppolsal, hayansal, mokansal, and yeonansal, and each cut has a different texture, ranging from tender to chewy. Diners can choose either doenjang jjigae or sundubu jjigae as a service item, and the doenjang jjigae contains one block of tofu. Seats are not always readily available.
