Seusihyang

Sushihyang is a sushi restaurant near Eungam Station in Eunpyeong-gu, Seoul, serving mixed sushi and rolls. The mixed sushi comes with shari served at a moderate temperature with a chewy texture, and the egg sushi is excluded from the set. In winter, udon is added and a set of sushi, fried food, and cold buckwheat noodles can be ordered. The set sushi falls short on the balance between hoe and rice.
