Seobu-jip is a Korean restaurant in Seoul that serves frozen samgyeopsal (pork belly) along with kimchi-mari noodles, stew, and side dishes. The frozen samgyeopsal comes in slices that are neither too thin nor too thick, and the kimchi-mari noodles are ordered to refresh the palate after the meat. The noodles come in a large portion, so two people share one bowl. When the restaurant is busy, food comes out late.
