Reungga Sundaeguk

Reungga Sundaeguk is a sundae-guk restaurant in Seoul that serves a clean broth without any pork smell. The clear soup comes with plenty of offal and hind-leg meat, and lean meat can be ordered separately. The owner couple runs the place, and it closes for the day once ingredients run out. At lunchtime there is a wait long enough that no seats are available.
