Patdondong is a restaurant near Eunpyeong Hanok Village and the Bukhansan descent trail in Seoul that serves patjuk, patbingsu, and barley bibimbap. Patjuk comes with a choice of rice grains and saealsim or saealsim alone, and a small portion of barley bibimbap is served with the order. The patjuk uses domestic red beans ground fine for a deep bean flavor, and the barley bibimbap is topped with sprouts, namul, gangdoenjang, and cheongran. Kongguksu is served with a thick, nutty broth.
