Ongine Gimbap

Okiné Gimbap is a stall in Yeonseo Market in Yeonsinnae, Seoul, selling gimbap, janchi noodles, and bibim noodles. Its aged kimchi tuna gimbap and myeolchi tuna gimbap are packed full, and the bibim noodles are made with a sauce that includes apple. The janchi noodles come with fried tofu and a strong anchovy broth, along with kimchi on the side. As a market stall, seating is limited and there is often nowhere to sit when customers crowd in.
