Ogwang Tuna

Ogwang Chamchi is a seafood restaurant in Seoul that serves tuna hoe. The tuna is thawed well rather than served excessively cold like frozen tuna, so it melts softly. Before the hoe arrives, gaori jjim is served, followed by king crab and sushi. Without a phone reservation, there are often no seats except at the counter.
