Ogtabbang

Oktapbang is a meat restaurant in Eunpyeong-gu, Seoul, serving jaksal samgyeopsal and snowflake pork collar. The thick cuts come with minari and several side dishes. The samgyeopsal is par-grilled first, then staff grill it through and set the fully cooked meat on a rack over the grill. On weekends there is a long wait.
