Naengmyeon Sidae

Naengmyeon Sidae is a Hamhung naengmyeon restaurant in Seoul that serves mul naengmyeon, bibim naengmyeon, and hoe naengmyeon. The noodles are made in-house, with the mul naengmyeon in a chilled broth and the bibim naengmyeon in a sweet-and-spicy sauce. The wang mandu sold out even after a one-hour wait from the 11 a.m. opening, and none remained by 5:30 p.m. on weekdays. There is no parking.
