Myeongseong Wang Jokbal Yeonsinnae Branch

Myeongseong Wang Jokbal Yeonsinnae is a market jokbal restaurant in Seoul that serves jokbal, pork skin, and noodles. It sits on the main street of Yeonseo Market near Exit 2 of Yeonsinnae Station. The jokbal comes out freshly made, and the shop also sells dumplings and chicken feet, packing them with lettuce wraps and sauce for takeout. An old establishment with about three tables on the second floor, it brings out ordered meat right away, and its jokbal has a firm, chewy texture like pyeonyuk rather than falling apart softly.
