Myeongga Kalguksu is a Korean restaurant in Seoul serving kalguksu (knife-cut noodles), mandu, and tteokguk. The kalguksu uses fresh noodles made in-house, and the mandu are juicy. The dishes are neither greasy nor heavy and look healthy. The owner and staff are friendly in their service.
