Myeolchi Guksu

This noodle shop sits next to Eunpyeong Mart in Eungam-dong, Eunpyeong-gu, and serves janchi guksu, bibim guksu, and bibimbap. The anchovy broth is clean and cool, and the somyeon noodles are boiled to a nutty finish. It stays open until 10 p.m., and kimchi and danmuji are self-serve. Saying "yang manhi" when ordering gets you a larger portion at no extra charge, and the dining area is spacious and comfortable.
