Meokgeori Gopchang

Mukgeori Gopchang is a gopchang restaurant in Seoul that serves salt-grilled makchang and pork gopchang. The makchang has a charred, nutty flavor, while the vegetable gopchang bokkeum is mildly spicy and the sundae is fried and served separately. Eomuk-tang comes as a basic service, and the restaurant stays open until 1 a.m. When customers crowd in, the dining room gets very busy.
