Memil Janchi

Memil Janchi is a soba restaurant near Bukhansan in Seoul that serves buckwheat noodles and tonkatsu. Its panmemil comes with chewy noodles and sauce, and it also offers perilla oil bibim noodles and beef buckwheat bibim noodles. The jumbo set and combo set include freshly fried tonkatsu with soba or udon. In midsummer the doors are open and fans provide the only cooling, so it is hot.
